APARTMENTS AT AN AFFORDABLE PRICE IN BELGRADE WATERFRONT ARE NOT A MYTH, BUT A REALITY

In the latest quarterly report of the Republic Geodetic Institute, it is pointed out that the most expensive apartment and the most expensive square metre since the beginning of the year were sold in Belgrade Waterfront. However, the same report states that the most favorable square metre in this exclusive location was sold for EUR 3,265, which is a lower price than for new residential apartments in other central parts of Belgrade.

Belgrade Waterfront is designed to meet the needs of the modern family, so the price in numerous buildings, ready to be moved in as soon as the next year, is adjusted to this category of buyers. At the lowest price from EUR 3,200+VAT/sqm, it is possible to purchase an apartment in a building with reception, security, a private landscaped inner courtyard, in the immediate vicinity of the park, Sava Promenada, Galerija, numerous shops, cafes and resturants.

At most a few minutes’ walk away, residents have at their disposal a modern sports centre, a public bilingual elementary school and sports fields, as well as the most contemporary kindergartens, children’s playgrounds and spaces for leisure and recreation. The entire project is very well connected to the rest of the city, both through newly built streets, and thanks to public transport and the future metro, whose first two lines will intersect behind Sava Square.

This is an offer that is competitive, and even lower, than the price of new constructions in other, less attractive locations in Belgrade. Residents also have underground garages at their disposal, the price of which is also competitive and starts from EUR 20,400 per parking lot.

So far, almost 6,000 apartments have been sold within the development, and around 3,000 have  been moved into. By the end of this year, three more buildings with almost 600 apartments will be completed. In parallel with the buildings, work is being done on the construction of new roads and greening, and new shops, cafes and restaurants are opened in Belgrade Waterfront almost every day.

In addition to a significant number of apartments whose prices are within the range of the Belgrade average, Belgrade Waterfront is proud of the fact that it also offers a limited number of ultra-luxury apartments, that raise the art of living to a level never seen before in this region. Thus, the most expensive apartment sold is the exclusive duplex Sky Villa in BW Riviera, whose residents will enjoy an unreal ambiance just above the river, with an exceptional view and amenities that include, among other things, spa area with a sauna in the apartment and a wellness centre with a swimming pool and a juice bar in building. Luxury branded St. Regis apartment on the 38th floor of Kula Belgrade has the highest price per square metre. Spectacular living space at the most prestigious address in the region, with an unprecedented view of the river and the city, is complemented by exclusive amenities of The St. Regis hotel, so residents will have the opportunity to use the swimming pool, spa area, gym or butler services. The famous hotel and residential chain Marriott International chose Belgrade and the Sava riverbank for its first European The Residences at The St. Regis.
