On a site area of approximately 1 million sq m, and with a total construction area of 2 million sq m, Belgrade Waterfront is a spectacular new city hub developed by Eagle Hills, a UAE-based private investment company, along River Sava in Belgrade, Serbia.

A smart and tech-savvy city within the city, Belgrade Waterfront will feature world-class residences and offices, a high-end retail mall, premium and affordable hotels, educational institutions, modern healthcare amenities and a wide range of leisure attractions.

Belgrade Waterfront will be anchored by Kula Belgrade, an iconic tower – the Belgrade Tower – that rises approximately 200 metres high, serving as the beacon of the entire master-planned community. The mall, with over 140,000 sq m of gross construction area, is another highlight, and will be the largest in the Balkans.

A 1.8 km Sava promenade adds a new dimension to waterfront living, while a 2.7-hectare central park, several world-class hotels and a Grand Boulevard lined by cafes, restaurants and retail outlets add to the lifestyle appeal of Belgrade Waterfront, defining it as the must-visit leisure and tourist attraction.

Developed to the highest standards of sustainability, Belgrade Waterfront draws on the architectural and cultural heritage of the region with a Cultural District, Historic Plaza and a rehabilitated railway bridge that has been transformed into an active pedestrian bridge connecting Belgrade Waterfront with the waterfront promenade.

In addition to luxury homes, Belgrade Waterfront will also include smaller units catering to younger professionals, medium and large units for urban families and luxury waterfront housing for aspiring residents of Belgrade.

Belgrade Waterfront will be home to over 14,000 people and create thousands of jobs for Serbians, and will be a strong social and economic growth catalyst of the city. The master-planning of Belgrade Waterfront has been completed, and renovation of BW Gallery which became the headquarter of Belgrade Waterfront projects as the first component of the project.
The new exhibition area for Belgrade Waterfront is Savanova; a vibrant lifestyle destination at the bank of Sava river, offering a one-of-a-kind waterfront experience to all visitors. Savanova was built and complete during a four-month period by local construction contractors.

The ambitious new development will be completed in four phases. The first residential neighbourhood in the mega-project will be launched soon offering investors the opportunity to be part of the project, which is supported by the Serbian Government.
