YOUR AGENDA :
- In charge of BW residential buildings
- Support to the BW Operations facility team around electrical systems through
- assessments, analysis to support the Capital Investment strategy
- Provide timely, cost-effective, and high-quality support from an electrical viewpoint for the
- operationally related elements
- Support Energy utilization/conservation assessments and contribute to proposals for investments
- Engagement with relevant departments to propose optimum solutions and contribute to the
- evaluation of tender returns to ensure best value for money and sustainable solutions.
- Ensure electrical compliance in line with current legislation
- Perform regular tests to new and existing electrical systems, equipment, and machinery, both to spot potential problems and to ensure that systems are operating at their highest possible levels of functionality
- Responsible for inspections of installed materials and equipment
- Ensure that installations and applications are in line with customer needs and
- safety standards
- Implementation of preventative and predictive maintenance strategies
- Participates in creating a budget, forecasting requirements and scheduling expenses for the
- electrical systems within the property
- Perform energy audit and recommend alternative sources of energy
- Help the organization reduce energy costs
- Initiates and carries out projects to improve efficiency and/or reduce operating costs
- Liaise with contractors on site in order to resolve all potential risk and problems before
- handover process start
- Provide zo hours a day maintenance services with outsourced companies and their
- technical staff
- Review and evaluate the work of outsourced companies
- Ensure work in completed to a high and safe standard, to specifications and on time
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1O Years of experience in Real Estate/Construction
- found knowledge of Site Engineering, Project Management and Maintenance
- Performing a wide range of engineering tasks, Client Servicing and Vendor Management
- Knowledge of reading the electrical drawings
- Maintenance and inspection of Electrical Systems
- Project Management
- Analytical thinking and problem solving
- An interest in finding creative solutions to complex problems
- Ability to make decisions based on evidence
- Teamwork and leadership
- Flexibility in a dynamic environment
- Pro-activeness with a strong drive for personal development
- Good organizational abilities
- Bilingual speaker— Serbian 6‹ English
