Toke Moldrup is one of the most recognized cellists in Denmark. Media around the world hailed him as “A star”, “The man of tomorrow”, as well as “A consummate perfectionist on the cello”. He has performed solo and with prominent musicians on major music stages around the world. During his career, he developed a passion for long-distance running, which he combined with concerts and music, which is his biggest driver. He came up with the idea to try his hand at a music marathon and bring the incompatible together while jogging with his three children in baby carriages.
Bach’s music marathon on Sava Promenada will last approximately five hours, and all visitors are welcome to run, cycle and cheer on the Danish cellist along the route.
