Exhibition “Sea” by artist Stjepan Jukić will be opened on Tuesday, July 19, at 8 PM in the KvArt BW exhibition space on the second floor of Galerija. Jukić’s new exhibition will feature paintings and light installations from several of the artist’s creative phases, united by sea as the motive for inspiration.
“Sea” is the fifth in a series of exhibitions of the curatorial project “Perspective 22”, which presents a selection of art historian Ana Kršljanin and is a continuation of the annual exhibition program of the Galerija ŠTAB and KvArt BW.
“Variability is the only present constant in Jukić’s creativity. The key elements with which he constantly creates different, completely authentic works are color, movement, and light”, says Ana Kršljanin, art historian.
The Sea exhibition is organized by the ŠTAB Galerija and the art initiative KvArt BW. The exhibition will be open until July 31, 2022, and the working hours of the KvArt BW gallery are every day from 11:00 AM to 07:00 PM. The entrance to the event is free.
