Belgrade sailed into the new 2026 with a spectacular musical and stage performance, accompanied by an impressive and so far unseen drone show! Thousands of visitors enjoyed the unforgettable atmosphere of the “craziest night” at Sava Promenada, confirming once again that Belgrade Waterfront remains an unavoidable world-class New Year’s destination.
The old 2025 was celebrated with a traditional countdown of the last 10 seconds on the tallest building in Serbia and the region, Kula Belgrade, but also above the river, in a unique drone show, while the sky above the capital lit up with the colors of gorgeous fireworks. Hundreds of synchronized drones created fascinating light forms in the sky, transforming the skyline of the Serbian capital into a futuristic scene as seen at the most prestigious international events.
Energetic performances by local and regional stars marked the musical part of the programme. The night was opened by Goca Tržan, whose hits ignited the atmosphere from the very first beats.
The audience was then delighted by one of the most powerful vocal divas of the local music scene, Aleksandra Radović, while the regional megastar Senidah raised the energy to a fever pitch with her distinctive sound and performance that delighted everyone present.
The atmosphere at the climax of the evening was ensured by the Orchestra of Boban and Marko Marković, who turned the beginning of 2026 into a real musical celebration with fiery trumpet rhythm.
This year’s party to remember once again proved that Belgrade has rightfully stood shoulder to shoulder with the world’s most desirable metropolises during the festive seasons. Spectacular scenes from Sava Promenada have cemented the right riverbank of the Sava as a new global point of prestigious New Year’s celebration, a location where Belgrade Waterfront sets the standards of the unforgettable holiday magic year after year.
