The 4th Belgrade Waterfront building completed: The moving in started in BW Magnolia

Belgrade Waterfront initiated the process of moving into BW Magnolia, the 4th residential building of the largest urban project in the region. So far, a total of 750 apartments have been moved into within this central Belgrade quarter, while 110 modern units in BW Magnolia, from one to four-bedroom, will become home to new residents. Located near the Sava, overlooking Bristol Park and the river, this five-floor building in Hercegovacka Street has a landscaped courtyard for residents, equipped with benches and a children’s playground. The gardens are an extension of the terraces of the apartments on the ground floor, so BW Magnolia combines two seemingly incompatible advantages – urban living in the epicenter of happenings and an intimate atmosphere in a green environment.

„By initiating the process of moving into the fourth residential building BW Magnolia, we continue to realize the vision of returning Belgrade to its rivers. Belgrade Waterfront brings a contemporary architectural expression to the capital, but also new living standards and amenities we haven’t been able to find in one place so far. With the recent opening of Galerija Belgrade, the biggest shopping, dining and entertainment destination in this part of Europe, the development has acquired a completely new character“, said Nikola Nedeljkovic, General Manager of Belgrade Waterfront.

BW Magnolia is located in the Sava District of Belgrade Waterfront, near the popular Belgrade quarter of Savamala. Residents can enjoy the benefits of the vicinity of recreational facilities, shops, cafes and restaurants, Sava Promenada, as well as Bristol and Sava Park. The business and historical parts of Belgrade are within walking distance, ensuring residents can avoid traffic jams, and preference is given to healthier alternatives – walking and cycling.

Lower-rise buildings within Belgrade Waterfront, such as BW Magnolia, are very attractive to potential buyers. This is also the case with the new eight-floor BW Quartet, which has been launched recently. Ideally situated next to the Sava Park, with an inner courtyard for residents and a children’s playground, BW Quartet brings a modern design with a touch of the authentic spirit of old Belgrade, characteristic of low-rise buildings.

During the following year, four more buildings will be completed within Belgrade Waterfront – the future symbol of the capital Kula Belgrade, BW Arcadia, BW Aurora and BW Metropolitan, which will increase the number of completed apartments to more than 1,800.
