The works are underway at all active construction sites within Belgrade Waterfront during the state of emergency. There are ongoing works for Kula Belgrade, Galerija Belgrade, residential buildings BW Magnolia, BW Arcadia, BW Aurora, BW Metropolitan, BW Terraces, BW Aria and BW Terra. At the same time, the construction works are underway for the extension of Woodrow Wilson Boulevard and Sava Promenada, for new streets within the development, as well as for the Sava Square reconstruction.
In parallel, there are ongoing preparations for the start of construction of several more residential buildings – the foundation works for BW Simfonija 1 and 2, BW Aqua and BW Verde will commence during the 2nd quarter.
All works are carried out in compliance with the health protection measures.
