The value of 6M Euribor which the Bank applies as of 2 July 2018 amounts -0.270%.
The interest rate of 3.05% + 6M Euribor is valid for the clients with income of EUR 1,500 and more.
EIR as of 2 July 2018 is calculated.

Representative example is valid only for the particular case, when the loan is approved for the particular amount and tenor, approved as of 02 July 2018, when calculation of all data from the representative example is made.

¹Note: The amount of insurance premium of real-estate assigned to the bank can be calculated only based on the building value of the building, according to the assessment of the authorized appraiser of the bank. Since that there is no data on the building value of the building, we cannot provide exact data on the amount of premium. For the purpose of informative calculation, we have used the building value of EUR 650/m². Each deviation from the used building value shall influence the change of the amount of premium.
