I thought that Belgrade Waterfront was unattainable for me – and then I discovered this webpage and found an apartment for my family

In a sea of ads, unrealistic prices and apartments that don’t meet even the basic criteria, a woman from Belgrade found an ideal home, in a place she considered unattainable. The key? One webpage worth opening every day.

She was looking for an apartment in Belgrade, but was on the verge of giving up:

“We wanted a new building, something modern, functional and to have everything in vicinity – work, school, parks. But the more I searched, the more confused I was. Everything the same, everything too expensive, and nothing that fully suits us”.

And then she discovered a page with special daily offers of Belgrade Waterfront.

Sava Park in Belgrade Waterfront.

At Belgrade Waterfront’s website, a new, carefully selected offer of apartments is published every day – with clear prices, renderings, descriptions of the building and the apartment. “Everything was transparent and specific. For the first time, I had the feeling that someone really wanted to help me find a home.”

The first offer pleasantly surprised her, but it wasn’t enough.

“I saw that an apartment in the BW Iskra was on offer at a price of EUR 3,781 including VAT. I was shocked – I didn’t know that there was such a thing in Belgrade Waterfront. Unfortunately, it was too small for the four of us, but I recommended it to a friend who lives with a girlfriend. I would be shame if somebody mine missed such an offer.”

She started following the webpage every day and then hee dream offer appeared:

Living room in an apartment in the BW Diva building.

“An apartment in the BW Diva building of 90 square metres, three bedrooms, EUR 3,760 plus VAT per square metre. I knew it was the one. More affordable than many apartments far outside the city centre. Here, I have a reception desk, a parking lot in the underground garage, while the school and kindergarten are so close that even my first-grader will be able to go alone.”

Bonus? Museums and theatre within a two-minute walk.

Bristol park in Belgrade Waterfront.

“The building is in the immediate vicinity of Sava Square, where museums and theatre scenes will be opened in the restored buildings of the former Post Office and Railway Station. I heard that the reconstruction of Bristol Park is underway, which is also a two-minute walk from us, only in the other direction. So, wherever we go, we will have many amenities. Not to mention a great selection of shops and restaurants.”

She says that it wasn’t just the price and what she gets for it that was good news:

“I clicked a button, the sales advisor called me, and I heard another great thing – that I can buy an apartment in seven installments, that are aligned with the construction phases, with 0% interest. This allowed me to plan everything, without loan and additional costs.”

This fellow Belgrade citizen strongly recommends everyone to click on the Belgrade Waterfront’s special offers webpage once a day.

“You never know, maybe an offer that will change your life will pop up tomorrow, as it happened to us”, she concludes, while already planning how she will furnish her future apartment in the centre of the city happenings.
