YOUR AGENDA:
- Selling premium Belgrade Waterfront residential offerings, including s-star hotel branded residences
- Open up new sales opportunities
- Ensuring exceptional long-lasting customer experience
- Sourcing prospective customers and screening the market for new target groups
- Ensuring effective management of assigned and acquired leads
- Producing innovative ideas and sales strategies to meet target objectives
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong sales experience and exceptional track record
- Fluency in English is mandatory
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office
- Keen interest in the Property Market
- Outstanding presentation and sales skills
- Great client relationship management
- Highly motivated with a positive and professional approach to work
- Enthusiastic self-starter willing to go the extra mile
