The exhibition Horizons by the artist Marija Savija will be opened on Wednesday, January 25 at 7 PM in the exhibition space KvArt BW, on the second floor of Galerija.
Visitors to the exhibition will have the opportunity to see the artworks of the Belgrade artist created in the last year, which are a kind of testimony of artistic freedom. The abstract, slightly associative motives of her works, with a gentle and warm color, open the question of what the horizons of the artistic spirit hide.
Marija Savija was born in 1975 in Belgrade. She is a member of the Art Council of ULUS, and she is currently studying for a doctorate at the Faculty of Contemporary Art in Belgrade. In addition to her artistic experience, she also has twenty years of experience in pedagogical work, and she was often employed as a scenographer in film and theater.
The Horizons exhibition is organized by Galerija ŠTAB and the art initiative KvArt BW. The exhibition will be open until Sunday, February 5, and the working hours of the KvArt BW gallery are every day from 11 AM to 7 PM. The entrance to the exhibition is free.
