Photo exhibition “Corona-Crown” by the celebrated artist Pavel Surovi will be opened on Wednesday, November 17 at 10.30 a.m. on the most beautiful city promenade, Sava Promenada. The exhibition shows archaic folk costumes through a unique blend of art and ethnology through fashion photography.
Pavel Surovi with his ethno art project “Corona-Crown” won the first place at the International Baltic Ethnic Fashion Festival IBEFF (Ethnomoda) in Russia, in the category of fashion photography. The jury concluded that the photos of Pavel Surovi are of the quality of the world fashion magazine Vogue, and that the play of light and shadow is, according to them, at the level of a Caravaggio.
