The exhibition Internal Records of the artist Goran Mitić will be opened on Wednesday, January 11, at 7 PM, in the KvArt BW exhibition space, on the second floor of Galerija.
Visitors will have the opportunity to see abstract works created in the combined technique on canvas. The exhibited paintings were created during the previous three years and represent the characteristic artistic expression of Goran Mitić. These abstract motives are an expression of reflection on the search for one’s own artistic language authentic to the artist, while at the same time they are the result of the need to express deeper thoughts and feelings regarding the world in which they are created.
Goran Mitić was born in Niš in 1989. He graduated from the Faculty of Fine Arts of the University of Niš at the Department of Painting in 2012, while he completed his master’s studies at the same faculty in 2013. He has organized ten solo exhibitions and participated in over seventy group exhibitions in the country and abroad. He is a member of ULUS.
The exhibition Internal Records is organized by ŠTAB Galerija and the art initiative KvArt BW. The exhibition will be open until January 21, 2023, and the working hours of the KvArt BW gallery are every day from 11 AM to 7 PM. The entrance to the exhibition is free.
