Notice

Installments linked to specific dates shall be paid until the agreed payment date at the latest, in accordance with pro forma invoices for the respective amounts that the Seller shall deliver to the Purchaser at the date of signing this S&P Agreement. Installments linked to specific dates that have already occurred, or Construction Milestones that have already been completed, at the moment of the notarization of the S&P Agreement are due within 30 days as of the notarization, and instalments linked to Construction Milestones that are yet to be completed are due within 10 days as of the date when the Seller delivers to the Purchaser written notification that respective Construction Milestone has been completed and pro forma invoice for the respective amount.
