The exhibition “About the bottomless road” by the artist Teodora Rakidzic will be open on Wednesday, September 27, at 7 PM in ŠTAB Gallery, on the ground floor of Galerija near entrance 2.
Exterior, shadow, and facade are some of the key elements that capture the attention of the artist Teodora Rakidzic. The author is dedicated to creating large-scale plans and materializing represented surfaces using different shades and textures on the same canvas.
Teodora Rakidzic was born in 1995 in Belgrade. She completed her undergraduate studies in 2019 and master’s degree at the Painting Department of the Faculty of Fine Arts in Belgrade in 2020. She is currently pursuing doctoral studies at the same faculty. She has organized eight solo exhibitions, and since 2021, she has been employed at the Faculty of Fine Arts, holding the position of a research trainee.
The works of the artist Teodora Rakidzic will be presented within the exhibition “About the bottomless road”, organized by ŠTAB Gallery and the artistic initiative KvArt BW, and Belgrade Waterfront, through its support for such events, which aims to enable local creators to occupy a central place in shaping the capital’s cultural landscape.
The exhibition will be open until October 8, 2023, and the working hours of ŠTAB Gallery are every day from 10 AM to 9 PM. Entrance to the exhibition is free.
