5000th apartment sold in Belgrade Waterfront

Belgrade Waterfront, one of the largest developments in the region, marks another significant success: 5,000 sold apartments. The jubilee sold apartment is located in the BW Queen’s Park Residences. The proximity of the Sava Park, Sava Promenada, kindergarten and school, as well as the exceptional facilities in the building itself, were the perfect choice for Danijela Špiler, so she and her family of four are the future residents of the jubilee, 5,000th apartment in Belgrade Waterfront.

Galerija is the starting point of the Špilers’ daily family walk – while little Matea enjoys a stroller ride by the river, her older brother Filip doesn’t miss playing on the numerous children’s playgrounds along the Sava.

„We use every free moment to walk along Sava Promenada. It is our favorite part of the day, because we are all together, and here each of us can find something that interests us the most, whether it is a playground, shopping in Galerija or coffee in one of the restaurants overlooking the river“, says Danijela.

When asked what was important to them when choosing their living space, this young mother says that they could immediately imagine their everyday life in a comfortable apartment with three bedrooms and plenty of daylight. She cited the inner courtyard next to the building as another plus, where they will spend a lot of time in a well-kept and safe environment. Given that the Špiler family pays a lot of attention to recreation, they are happy to live near Sava Park and the new BW Apollo sports centre.

„Filip loves to swim, so we can’t wait for the sports centre to open and to take him to the swimming pool whenever he wants. We heard that there will be special programmes for children here, and that a public school, a kindergarten and a children’s theatre will soon be opened. That will save us a lot of time, because we won’t have to take the kids accross half the city ever day, and when they get a little older, they will be able to go to school on their own“, says Danijela.
