Gradina awarded main construction works contract for buildings BW Aria i BW Terra
Two residential buildings of Belgrade Waterfront, BW Aria and BW Terra, got the main contractor – the local construction company Gradina. The signing of the contract marks a new phase in the construction of these residential objects, which will provide its residents with various opportunities, such as a landscaped inner courtyard, children’s playground and leisure facilities.

Situated in an ideal location, close to the Sava Park, Sava Promenada and Galerija Belgrade, BW Terra and BW Aria will be part of an exciting residential quarter. The urbanistic plan of this block also envisages seclusion in relation to the neighbouring plots, so future residents are provided with privacy and a sense of spaciousness, with an additional influx of natural daylight and fresh air.

The main architectural features of BW Aria and BW Terra, designed by our award-winning architect Jovan Mitrovic, are three cascading blocks that give the facades a unique look, while the apartments have a direct view of the river or the city. There will be many retail outlets on the ground floor of the buildings.
