Belgrade, December 4, 2019 – Belgrade Waterfront has won the prestigious CIJ Regional Award in the “Best Project in Construction” category for Kula Belgrade, the future symbol of Belgrade and the tallest building in Serbia.
“It was a very successful year for us – for the second time in a short period of time Belgrade Waterfront has received prestigious recognition. Following the European Property Award in the category “Best mixed-use project”, an award we received a month ago, it is an exceptional honor for the professionals in this area to recognize the qualities of the monumental Kula Belgrade. The future symbol of the city will be 168 meters high and will have one of the most beautiful observation decks in the capital, accessible to all visitors. Among other amenities, such as the Sava Promenada, the park or W Belgrade, Belgrade Waterfront is becoming one of the most attractive destinations in the region”, said Belgrade Waterfront CEO Nikola Nedeljkovic.
Kula Belgrade will have 40 floors and will be home to the exclusive St. Regis brand, whose first branded apartments in Europe will be opened in Belgrade Waterfront.
