Belgrade, December 5th, 2018: On the occasion of successful end of 2018, Belgrade Waterfront organizes the special Salas Day on Monday, December 10th, from 10am to 6pm in Belgrade Waterfront Sales Centre in Karadjordjeva 48. All interested buyers will be provided with the special selection of apartments in BW Aurora and BW Arcadia. The guests will have the opportunity to purchase the apartments which haven’t been offered so far, and additional conveniences are provided for the fastest buyers.
The first buyers will have the priority in apartments’ selection, with the most favourable conditions during the Sales Day. On this day only, the first ten buyers will be awarded with one of three incentives of their choice: a waiver on notarisation costs, special payment plan or free maintenance within the first year. The fastest buyers can use these advantages if they sign the Purchase contract within the five days after they make the reservation.
