The guests will have the opportunity to purchase the apartments which haven’t been offered so far, and additional conveniences are provided for the fastest buyers.
The first buyers will have the priority in apartments’ selection, with the most favourable conditions during the Sales Day. On this day only, the first ten buyers will be awarded with one of three incentives of their choice: a waiver on notarisation costs, special payment plan or free maintenance within the first year. The fastest buyers can use these advantages if they sign the Purchase contract within the five days after they make the reservation.
