Domestic company ‘‘Starting” selected as general contractor
Belgrade, March 5th, 2020 – Belgrade Waterfront and domestic construction company Starting have announced the start of the collaboration on the construction of the BW Terraces, which will make the right bank of the Sava even more attractive for housing, owing to unique architectural solutions dominated by spacious terraces. Starting specializes in high-rise and low construction engineering projects, and has over 280 successfully completed projects in its portfolio.
Covering about one-sixth of the total area of the apartment, the spacious balconies of BW Terraces allow residents to make the most of natural light and give them a unique view of the river, Kula Beograd or the panorama of the capital. BW Terraces is also distinguished by other outstanding features, including a boat ponton on the shore in front of the building, an indoor swimming pool with access to a landscaped lawn, a gym with glass walls, a yoga area, as well as close proximity to Kula Belgrade, Galerija Belgrade, the largest shopping, entertainment and gastronomic destinations in the region, numerous outlets, cafes and restaurants, jogging and biking trails.
