Sava Park won prestigious international award in „Landscape Architecture“ category

Sava Park within the Belgrade Waterfront won the prestigious international five-star award – European Property Award – in the category of landscape architecture. This is the award for top achievements in the real estate, architecture and spatial solutions sectors, and an independent international jury of 100 experts based in London evaluated projects based on design, quality of services, innovations, originality and sustainability.

„Belgrade Waterfront is designed to meet the daily needs of its residents and visitors. That is why this part of the city, among other things, offers numerous pedestrian and bicycle tracks, playgrounds and greenery, with Sava Park as the crown over all that. Well-groomed lawns, selected plants and lush canopy provide a tucked away place for relaxation and recreation in the city centre. We are proud that the renowned international jury recognized how much attention has been paid to each detail of the Sava Park, its integration into the existing urban surroundings and the benefits that residents have from the greenery in the immediate living environment“, says Zorana Burlić, General Manager of Belgrade Waterfront.

Thanks to the proximity of the Sava Park, the residents of Belgrade Waterfront have a place for sports, relaxation or hanging out with friends and family in an impressive green environment, just a few steps from their homes. The park is surrounded by a 700-metre long jogging track, while inside it there is a multifunctional sports court, table tennis, a picnic area and an innovative children’s playground. In addition to the Sava Park, residents can also use all the advantages of landscaped inner courtyards, situated next to each residential building of Belgrade Waterfront.

The buildings in Park District of Belgrade Waterfront offer plenty of fresh air and impressive views of the greenery. In the very centre of the city happenings, at the same time surrounded by lush greenery, buildings such as BW Lumia, BW Eterna, BW Sole, BW Libera, BW Scala or complex BW Quartet allow their residents to make the most of their day and achieve a perfect work-life balance.

In addition to the park which covers 2.4 hectares, residents and visitors of Belgrade Waterfront also have many other amenities at their disposal, such as cafes, restaurants, Sava Promenada, space for recreation and fun, as well as Galerija, the biggest shopping and entertainment destination in the region.
