Belgrade Waterfront’s current residential offer will be presented on the first Sales Day this year, on Friday, February 21st from 10 am to 7 pm in the Sales Centre at Sava Promenada.
During the Sales Day, potential buyers will be presented with a current residential offer, with particular focus on the family two- and three-bedroom apartments in the residential buildings BW Aurora and BW Arcadia, which will welcome its first residents next year. These buildings are exceptionally located, across from the park, near Kula Belgrade and the largest shopping mall in the region Galerija Belgrade.
„The reconstruction of Sava Square will be completed in the spring, Galerija Belgrade will be opened as early as September, and with this year’s completion of BW Magnolia, the number of moved in apartments will reach 860. At the same time, we also develop business and commercial spaces, which will further stimulate the growth of demand for apartments within our development“, says Nikola Nedeljkovic, Belgrade Waterfront’s General Manager.
In addition to residential buildings, the company’s current offering includes branded St. Regis and W apartments, which are a novelty in the local real estate market and set new standards of living.
